Before Using the Platform

1 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all users of the 188sb platform, including registered players, visitors and any other person who accesses or uses the services available at 188sb.asia. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 188sb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

188sb is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football and other sports), live casino games, slots, fishing games and related gaming content. The platform is designed and operated with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

188sb operates as an entertainment platform. Players acknowledge that all forms of gambling carry an inherent financial risk, and that past performance or outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results. 188sb does not guarantee winnings or returns of any kind.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 188sb platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 188sb or any of its affiliates, partners or game providers;
• Not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the 188sb platform by 188sb or by any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse or prohibited conduct.

188sb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If 188sb determines at any point that you registered or used the platform while ineligible — including if you were under the age of 21 — 188sb reserves the right to void all bets, reverse all transactions and close the account. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from ineligible use will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 188sb platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any other identifier — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and payment method details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 188sb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 188sb support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

188sb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point at 188sb's discretion.

3.5 Account Currency

All 188sb accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no option to hold an account balance in a foreign currency. All deposits, withdrawals and game transactions are processed and displayed in ৳ Taka.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

188sb currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. 188sb reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no general maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 188sb may impose additional deposit limits on specific accounts for responsible gaming or security purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to the same 188sb account, unless otherwise approved by the 188sb compliance team following a KYC review. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not belonging to the registered player are not permitted.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

188sb aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within approximately 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer, typically between one and three business days, depending on the receiving bank. 188sb does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

188sb operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposits and withdrawals must only be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. 188sb reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where suspicious activity is detected. Any attempt to use the 188sb platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

188sb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated clearly at the time the offer is communicated. Standard wagering requirements are between 10x and 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. 188sb reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 188sb reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and are not designed as a substitute for genuine deposits.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 188sb platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event or game. General betting rules applicable across the platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 188sb does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where expressly permitted under the rules of a specific market.
• 188sb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result published by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, or the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL) shall be treated as final.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during an event. 188sb is not liable for any inability to place a live bet due to system delays or market suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, event and player account status. 188sb reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the player's account balance in Bangladeshi Taka promptly following the settlement of the relevant market.

6.1 Casino and Game Rules

Live casino games, slots, fishing games and all other casino products available on 188sb are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe, among others. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, 188sb's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188sb platform. 188sb reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal referral, where prohibited conduct is detected.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud 188sb or other players, including through manipulation of game outcomes, payment fraud or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets or interact with casino games on the platform.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences between 188sb and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes after funds have been used on the platform.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting a minor in doing so.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 188sb platform — including but not limited to the 188sb brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 188sb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 188sb platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 188sb platform without prior written authorisation from 188sb.

Game content provided by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms.

9 Privacy & Data

188sb collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://188sb.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the 188sb platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

188sb uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the 188sb platform. 188sb does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, game providers and compliance services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 188sb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the platform, including losses due to bet outcomes, game results or jackpot non-wins;
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the 188sb platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime or technical faults caused by factors outside 188sb's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, power outages, payment provider outages or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bangladesh banks.

Nothing in these Terms limits 188sb's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Suspension & Termination

188sb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 188sb reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct;
• The account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity;
• The account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players;
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 188sb support via live chat at any time. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method within a reasonable processing time.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tools available in their account dashboard, or contact 188sb support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are binding for the period requested by the player.

12 Amendments to These Terms

188sb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, 188sb will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification through the player's registered contact details.

Continued use of the 188sb platform following notification of changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 188sb makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh, and players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and 188sb arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, 188sb encourages you to contact the support team in the first instance. 188sb will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through internal review. The decision of 188sb's compliance team following an internal review shall be communicated in writing to the player and shall be treated as the platform's final position on the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from pursuing remedies available under applicable consumer protection or gaming regulation frameworks.
